摘　　要：高职校内生产性实训基地是职业教育所特有的实践形式,其设立、运转涉及到不同利益相关者,其治理结构较一般公司更为复杂,需要相对稳定的制度框架保障其长效运行。本文旨在探索高职院校采用资产运营公司的形式对校内设立的生产性实训基地进行法人治理,进行实训基地的体制、机制创新,提高校内生产性实训基地的资源利用率,进行可持续性生产经营,最终服务于职业院校的人才培养。The productive training bases in the higher vocational colleges are the special forms of vocation educational practice. Its establishment will involve different stakeholders; its governance structure is more complex than normal company and need a relatively stable system framework to protect its longterm operation. This thesis aims to explore innovating the management system and running mechanism for the on - campus productive training bases by setting up body corporate governance structure with the form of asset operation company in order to improve the utilization of the resource and carry out the production, and finally serve the talents training in the vocational colleges.
