摘 要:目的探讨目标反馈教学在手术室专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法以参加2016年、2017年手术室专科护士培训的87名学员为研究对象。2017年培训学员为试验组,采用目标反馈教学进行培训;2016年培训学员为对照组,采用传统培训方法。培训结束后,通过培训考核成绩、学员对培训效果评价、带教教师座谈会形式对2种培训方法进行效果评价。结果试验组理论知识、技能操作、临床实训考核成绩均高于对照组(Z=-3.26、-3.42、-3.89,P<0.01);试验组学员对培训效果的评分高于对照组(Z=-4.23,P<0.01);教师对该培训方法的评价较好。结论目标反馈教学能更好地提高手术室专科护士的理论知识水平和操作能力,增强学员的学习积极性,有助于提高手术室护理教学质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of objective-feedback modes in training of specialist nurses of the operating room. Methods Eighty-seven nurses participating in the training of specialist nurses of operating room in 2016 and 2017 were recruited. Trainees in 2017 were assigned to the experimental group and received the objective-feedback modes,while trainees in 2016 were assigned to the control group receiving traditional teaching. After training,the two teaching methods were assessed through examination,self-deslgned questionnaire and interviews. Results The scores regarding the theoretical examination,clinical skills training,clinical practical training of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(Z=-3.26,-3.42,-3.89,P〈0.01). Scores the students evaluated the training mode of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the con- trol group (Z=-4.23 ,P〈0.01 ). Teachers showed better evaluation of the new training mode. Conclusion Objective- feedback modes can improve the knowledge level and operational capability of the specialist nurses in operating room. It is helpful to stimulate students' subjective initiative and improve the teaching quality.
