摘  要:在对常用的抗震分析方法进行对比的基础上,依据相应规范、准则并参照门式起重机机构重要零部件的强度刚度试算结果,提出了一种基于有限元等效静力及惯性力原理的等效抗震分析方法。通过对多个组合系数的设置及分析,构造出等效静力法耦合惯性力的抗震分析系统,为验证系统可行性,以多种工况条件下的45 t门式起重机为算例进行该方法下的抗震分析,并通过对强度、刚度的校核进行验算。Based on the comparison of commonly used seismic analysis methods, according to the correspondingnorms and criteria, with reference to the trial results of the strength and rigidity of the important parts of gantrycranes, a new method named Equivalent Seismic Analysis, which associated with the equivalent static andinertia force principle of the finite element, is proposed. By setting and analyzing a plurality of combinationcoefficients, an anti-seismic analysis system based on equivalent static method coupled with inertia force isconstructed. Taking the 45t gantry crane under multiple working conditions as an example, analysing its abilityto resist earthquakes, and by checking its strength and rigidity to verify the results.
