摘　　要：高校青年体育教师担负着高等学校体育事业的未来,心系着大学生的身心健康成长。采用文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,得出:科研环境、经济收入、工作压力、制度环境的劣势是高校青年体育教师成长路上的绊脚石。提升文化素养、发挥践行优势、扩大社会影响力,是其丰实羽翼,改善经济状况的主要突破口。The higher education institution youth sports teachers are responsible for the future of college sports,and students＇ physical and mental health. By using the methods of documentary,investigation,expert interview,and logic analysis,it is concluded that scientific research environment,economic income,work pressure and disadvantage of institutional environment are the main obstacles for college youth sports teacher development. The break points for their development and income increase are enhancing cultural literacy,taking advantage of practice and expanding social influence.
