摘 要:随着信息技术的发展,微课作为一种新的教学形式应运而生,为推进高校体育教学改革提供了新的思路和方法。本文以微课的翻转课堂引入体育教学为研究对象,采用专家访谈法和文献资料等方法,结果表明,将翻转课堂引入体育教学,构建了课前、课中及课后"三位一体"教学模式,增强体育教学的魅力、特色性和实效性,让学生有了独立自主学习空间和时间,促进高校体育的专业化发展,带动高校体育工作整体水平的提高。With the development of information technology,micro-course has provided new ideas and methods for promoting the reform of college physical education teaching as a new teaching form. In this paper,the introduction of flipped classroom into physical education is used as the research object by using expert interview,literature and other methods. Results show that by introducing flipped classroom into sport teaching,the " trinity" teaching model is formed to enhance the charm,characteristics and effectiveness of sports teaching,to enable students with independent study space and time,to promote the professional development of college physical education,and to improve the overall standard of college sports.
