摘 要:学校体育是培养体育人才,普及体育运动的基础所在,而社区体育则是丰富公众业余生活,推广全面健身的有效途径,二者的融合则是现代体育的基本发展路向。但学校体育与社区体育尽管在目标上是一致的,但有着不同的体育个性与体育形态,明确二者差异,把握二者优势,是促进学校体育与社区体育实现高度融合的关键。基于文化视域,展开比较研究,结合心理学、社会学、管理学等学科理论,从内蕴、外化、物化三个层面分析学校体育与社区体育的特征与利弊,进而探寻学校体育与社区体育的融合。最后从理念转变、条件支撑、加强融合等方面给出建议,以期实现实现学校体育与社区体育的有机融合,实现二者资源的高度共享。School is the basic place of cultivating sports talents and popularizing sports activities. While community sports enriches people's spare time life and it's an effective way to promote comprehensive fitness. The combination of both is the basic development direction of modern sports. They have the same goal but different in characters and physical forms. Knowing the differences and using the advantage is the key to promote their integration. Based on the cultural review,through comparative study,and combining with psychology,sociology,management and other subjects theory,this paper analyzes the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of school sports and community sports from connotation,externalization and materialization,explores the combination of school sports and community sports,and finally gives suggestion of changing theory,guaranteeing supports,as well as strengthening integration. The aim is to achieve the organic combination of school sports and community sports to realize resource sharing.
