摘 要:目的探讨分析多媒体辅助PBL教学法在肝胆外科教学中的教学效果。方法本文研究对象选自来我院实习的60名五年制临床本科实习生作为研究对象。按照教学方法,将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用多媒体辅助PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法,对比两组出科理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩、学生积极性、临床思维(分析能力、归纳总结能力)沟通能力,学生满意度情况。结果实验组出科理论考核、临床技能考核成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组满意度高于对照组满意度,差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体辅助PBL教学法有利于激发学习兴趣,提高理论及临床技能考核成绩,提高学生分析、归纳总结和沟通能力。在肝胆外科教学中采用多媒体与PBL教学法相结合、教学效果显著。Objective To analyze the multimedia assisted PBL teaching method in the teaching of hepatobiliary surgery teaching effectiveness. Methods In this study, the subjects were selected from 60 clinical undergraduate interns of five years system from our hospital. According to the teaching method, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group, the multimedia assisted PBL teaching method was used. The traditional teaching method was used in the control group. Comparing the two groups of nursing practice examination results, clinical skills assessment results, the enthusiasm of the students, clinical thinking(analysis and summarizing) communication skills, students satisfaction. Results The experimental group of nursing practice examination, clinical skills assessment scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). ConclusionMultimedia assisted PBL teaching method is conducive to stimulate interest in learning, improve theoretical and clinical skills examination scores, improve student analysis, summarize and communicate ability. The teaching of hepatobiliary surgery using multimedia and PBL teaching method, the teaching effect is significant.
