摘　　要：目的对βFg-455G/A多态性对急性脑梗死患者血小板聚集的影响进行研究。方法抽取急性脑梗死患者和健康志愿者各70例,对βFg-455G/A多态性和血小板聚集率进行分析,探讨βFg-455G/A多态性对急性脑梗死患者血小板聚集的影响。结果急性脑梗死患者的A等位基因的频率、血浆Fg水平、血小板聚集率均高于健康志愿者,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论βFg-455G/A多态性频率升高,能够导致急性脑梗死患者的血小板聚集率升高,所以维持急性脑梗死患者的βFg-455G/A多态性的稳定性很重要。Objective To study the effect of βFg-455G/A polymorphism on platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 70 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction and 70 cases of healthy volunteers were selected, and the polymorphism of βFg-455G/A and platelet aggregation rate were analyzed. The effect of βFg-455G/A polymorphism on platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction was discussed. Results The frequency of A allele, plasma Fg level and platelet aggregation rate in patients with acute cerebral infarction were higher than those in healthy volunteers, the diference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The increased frequency of βFg-455G/A polymorphism can lead to the increase of platelet aggregation rate in patients with acute cerebral infarction, so maintaining the stability of βFg-455G/A polymorphism in patients with acute cerebral infarction is very important.
