探讨CD146在人骨肉瘤患者组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究分析骨肉瘤患者接受免疫组化检测CD146表达的意义。方法选取50例骨肉瘤患者,对患者使用免疫组化法检测CD146表达情况,并使用CD34标记肿瘤微血管密度,对患者的肿瘤组织CD146表达情况进行分析研究。结果骨肉瘤患者的组织内CD146以阳性表达为主,全部患者的切片中,有36例阳性,14例阴性,阳性率是72%。在光学显微镜下可见CD146表达阴性阳性判断是根据胞膜或胞浆中的颗粒颜色和胞质内的棕黄色颗粒出现情况来判断,在前者中出现为阳性,在后者中出现为阴性。患者的CD146表达和骨肉瘤分期和肺转移情况有直接联系(P<0.01)。结论骨肉瘤组织的CD146表达显示了患者的病情发生和发展情况,其分子水平高低是衡量骨肉瘤疾病活动情况的指标。Objective To study the significance of immunohistochemical detection of CD146 expression in patients with osteosarcoma. Methods 50 patients with osteosarcoma were selected. The expression of CD146 was detected by immunohistochemical method. The tumor microvessel density was labeled by CD34, and the expression of CD146 in tumor tissues was analyzed. Results The positive expression of CD146 in the tissues of osteosarcoma patients was mainly positive. In all the patients, 36 cases were positive and 14 were negative, the positive rate was 72%. Under the light microscope, the negative expression of CD146 was judged. It was judged based on the color of granules in the cytoplasm and the appearance of brown granules in the cytoplasm. It was positive in the former and negative in the latter. The expression of CD146 was directly related to the stage of osteosarcoma and pulmonary metastasis （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The expression of CD146 in osteosarcoma tissue shows the occurrence and development of the patient＇s disease, and its molecular level is an indicator of the activity of osteosarcoma.
