摘　　要：目的:研究人胃癌组织及癌旁正常黏膜组织中ERK蛋白和JNK蛋白的表达情况及两者与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法,检测60例人胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织中ERK和JNK的表达程度。结果:(1)胃癌中ERK表达阳性率为63.3%(38/60)明显高于癌旁正常组织16.7%(10/60)(P<0.05),其表达水平与癌组织浸润程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与癌肿的分化程度无关(P>0.05)。(2)胃癌中JNK的表达阳性率75.0%(45/60)明显高于正常胃黏膜组织21.7%(13/60),JNK的表达水平与癌组织的分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:ERK和JNK蛋白在胃癌的发生、发展进程中起作用,对研究胃癌与ERK和JNK转导途径、胃癌的诊断及治疗有重要的参考价值。Objective:To examine the expression levels of ERK and JNK in gastric carcinoma tissues and the correlation with gastric cancer in order to provide important reference for the research and treatment of gastric carcinoma.Methods:HE pathology and Immunebiochemistry methods were used to detect the ERK and JNK expression in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma samples.Then to examined ERK and JMK expression level in gastric carcinoma tissues.Results:The positive rate of ERK expression in 60 specimens of gastric carcinoma was 63.3%( 38/60).10 cases were positive expression in para-carcinoma tissue( 16.7%,10/60).The protein expression of ERK increased in gastric carcinoma tissues was more than the para-carcinoma tissue( P < 0.05).The expression of ERK was not related to the degree of infiltrating,but had related with the degree of tumor differentiation,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis.The positive rate of JNK expression in 60 specimens of gastric carcinoma was 75.0%( 45/60).13 cases had positive expression in para-carcinoma tissue( 21.7%,13/60).The expression of JNK had differences with the degree of tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,TNM staging and the degree of infiltrating.Conclusion:The expression of ERK and JNK protein play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.It provides a good direction of the research and treatment of gastric carcinoma.
