摘 要:目的:通过检测口腔扁平苔藓患者唾液中β防御素1,2(HBD-1,2)和白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)的表达,探讨三者在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)发病中的作用。方法:将实验分为两组,选取20例口腔扁平苔藓患者作为实验组,20例健康者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别检测口腔扁平苔藓患者和正常患者唾液中三种因子的含量。结果:口腔扁平苔藓患者唾液中HBD-1,2和IL-1β三者的含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,HBD-1,2在患者唾液中的表达与IL-1β成正相关。结论:口腔扁平苔藓患者唾液中HBD-1,2和IL-1β的含量变化,可能与口腔扁平苔藓的发生有关。Objective:To discuss the roles of β defense element 1,2( HBD-1,2) and interleukin 1 beta( IL-1β) in Oral lichen planus saliva on the pathogenesis of Oral Lichen Planus( OLP) by examining their expressions.Methods:The experiment could be divided into two groups,20 cases of Oral lichen planus as experimental group,20 case of healthy subjects as control group.The contents of three factors in saliva for both groups were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA).Results:The contents of HBD-1,2 and IL-1βin Oral lichen planus saliva were significantly higher than those in normal control group( P < 0.05).The expression of HBD-1,2 in saliva was closely relative to the changes of IL-1β.Conclusion:The variation of HBD-1,2 and IL-1β in patients with Oral lichen planus' saliva may be associated with the occurrence of oral squamous moss.
