静脉溶栓治疗老年急性脑梗的护理

摘　　要：目的:探究分析静脉溶栓治疗老年急性脑梗的护理要点。方法:选取2016-03~2017-04我院收治的老年急性脑梗患者66例为研究对象,所有患者均给予静脉溶栓治疗的方式,并分为选择常规护理方式的对照组(33例),与在对照组的基础上,实施我院综合性护理方式的观察组(33例),分析静脉溶栓治疗的疗效,再比较两组患者的并发症发生率和治疗后的神经功能缺损评分。结果:经过护理后,66例患者的显效25例,有效31例,总有效54例,总有效率为84.85%,其中观察组总有效为90.91%,明显优于对照组的总有效72.73%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为6.06%,明显低于对照组的并发症发生率为24.24%,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分(8.62±8.59)分,明显低于对照组患者的神经功能缺损评分(18.34±10.09)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:静脉溶栓用于治疗老年急性脑梗的作用明显,可改善患者的神经功能缺损,提升患者生存质量。且静脉溶栓治疗配合综合护理措施,可有效提升临床疗效,减少并发症发生,改善神经功能,效果显著,值得临床推广实践。Objective:To explore the application of intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and nursing points.Methods:66 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study from March 2016 to April 2017.All patients were treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy and were divided into control group and observation group with 33 cases in each.The efficacy of intravenous thrombolytic therapy was analyzed,and the incidence of complications and the neurological function defect after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,25 cases were markedly effective among 66 cases,31 cases effective,54 cases the total effective.The total effective rate was 84.85%,of which the observation group reached 90.91%,significantly better than the total effective 72.73% in control group.The difference was significant( P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.06%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group( 24.24%).The difference was significant( P < 0.05),the neurological deficit score( 8.62 ± 8.59).The scores of neurological deficits( 18.34 ± 10.09) in the control group were significantly different( P < 0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous thrombolysis can improve the neurological deficit and improve the quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Intravenous thrombolytic therapy with comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve neurological function.The effect is remarkable,worthy of clinical practice.
