氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效分析。方法选取2016年3月~2017年3月我院收治的FD患者100例,依据随机数表法分为莫沙组和氟莫组,每组50例,莫沙组给予奥美拉唑和莫沙必利治疗,氟莫组在此基础上给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,比较两组治疗疗效、负性情绪、不良反应等情况。结果氟莫组治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分明显低于莫沙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);氟莫组治疗有效率明显高于莫沙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);莫沙组和氟莫组不良反应发生率基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合莫沙必利治疗可有效改善FD患者的负性情绪,有利于提高患者的治疗疗效,且具有良好的安全性,值得临床作进一步推广。Objective To discuss the The curative effect of fluoperthiazide and moxacin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were selected from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital.According to the random distribution,all patients were divided into mosha group(50 cases)and fumo group(50 cases),mosha group was treated with omeprazole and mosaulli,fumo group was treated with fluoperthiazide on that basic,compare two groups of gastritis curative effect,negative emotions,adverse reaction and so on. Results Fumo group with hamilton depression scale(HAMD) score、hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score were significantly lower than mosha group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),fumo group of the treatment was significantly higher than that of the mosha group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),mosha group and fumo group of the incidence of adverse reactionsthe in the same,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of fluoperthiazide and moxacin can effectively improve the negative emotion of FD patients,it is helpful to improve the curative effect of the patient,and it has good safety,it's worth for further clinical promotion.
