黄连素联合辛伐他汀对症状性动脉粥样硬化性颅内动脉狭窄患者Lp-PLA2的影响作用临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄连素与辛伐他汀联合应用治疗症状性动脉粥样硬化性颅内动脉狭窄对患者Lp-PLA2(脂蛋白相关的磷脂酶A2)表达的影响。方法筛选出我院2015年1月~2016年1月期间收治的120例症状性动脉粥样硬化性颅内动脉狭窄患者,并随机分为联合组和辛伐他汀组,予以辛伐他汀组辛伐他汀治疗,予以联合组辛伐他汀+黄连素片治疗。结果两组治疗前的血浆超敏C反应蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、血浆Lp-PLA2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合组患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、血浆Lp-PLA2水平均较辛伐他汀组低(P<0.05)。联合组发病后随访6个月的症状再发率为3.33%,低于辛伐他汀组的21.67%(P<0.05)。结论黄连素、辛伐他汀联合应用治疗症状性动脉粥样硬化性颅内动脉狭窄,能够降低患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平。Objective To investigate the effect of berberine combined with simvastatin on the expression of LpPLA2(lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2) in patients with symptomatic atherosclerotic intracranial artery stenosis. Methods 120 patients with symptomatic atherosclerotic intracranial artery stenosis were selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into the combined group and the simvastatin group. The simvastatin group was treated with simvastatin, and the combined group was given simvastatin + berberine. Results There was no significant difference in plasma hypersensitivity C reaction protein, low density lipoprotein(LDL) and plasma Lp-PLA2(P > 0.05) before treatment in the two groups. After treatment, the levels of plasma hypersensitivity C reactive protein, low density lipoprotein and plasma Lp-PLA2 were lower in the combined group than in the simvastatin group(P< 0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the combined group was 3.33%, which was lower than that of the simvastatin group(21.67%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined use of berberine and simvastatin in the treatment of symptomatic atherosclerotic intracranial artery stenosis can reduce the level of plasma Lp-PLA2 in patients.
