恩再适防治奥沙利铂相关神经毒性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察恩再适对奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性的影响。方法选取280例应用含奥沙利铂方案联合化疗的结直肠癌患者,其中使用恩再适治疗的150例患者为治疗组,未使用恩再适治疗的130例患者为对照组。比较两组周围神经毒性的发生率。结果与对照组相比,治疗组奥沙利铂神经毒性发生率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恩再适对奥沙利铂所致的周围神经毒性有较好的防治效果。Objective To observe the effect of analgecine on oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity. Methods A total of 280 colorectal cancer patients receiving combined chemotherapy containing oxaliplatin were enrolled. Administration of analgecine was performed in 150 patients（treatment group） , and was not performed in the other 130 patients（ control group）. The incident rate of peripheral neurotoxicity was compared between the two groups. Results The incident rate of oxaliplatin-induced related neurotoxicity in treatment group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Analgecine obtains a good prevention effect on oxaliplatin-indueed peripheral neurotoxieity.
