藤椒来源的考证与定义的思考

摘　　要：藤椒Zanthoxylum armatum为近年兴起的特色药食两用产品,而藤椒在花椒商品相关标准中并未收载,对于藤椒的定义也尚无明确规定。针对藤椒在内的花椒商品的来源进行了考证,分析了藤椒与其他花椒商品的区别和联系,从而提出了对藤椒定义的思考。对藤椒定义的规定将有助于稳定藤椒的质量,为后续藤椒的质量标准、品质评价研究提供借鉴,为解决花椒商品中"青花椒"的混用状况提供参考。As a characteristic medical and edible products, Zanthoxylum armatum has come into being popular in the past 20 years, but it has not been recorded in the relevant standards ofZ. bungeanum commodities, and there is no clear regulation for the definition of Z armature. This paper makes a textual research on the sources of Z. bungeanum commodities, and analyzes the differences and connections between Z. armature and other Z. bungeanum commodities, and puts forward the new definition of Z. armature. The definition of Z. armature will help to stabilize the quality of Z. armature, provide reference for the quality standard and quality evaluation of Z. armature, and provide a reference for solving the mixed situation of Z. schinifolium in Z. bungeanum commodities.
