摘  要:【目的】探讨微波消融治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLL)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)的水平的影响。【方法】本院NSCLL患者57例.随机分为两组。观察组30例于微波消融治疗前一天、治疗后2周采血收集血清标本;对照组27例于治疗d,与2周后采血收集血清标本;采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(E:ISA)测定血清VEGF及MMP9;观察微波消融治疗的毒副作用。【结果】治疗前两组患者血清MMP-9和VEGF水平相比较差异均无显著性(P〉0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清VEGF水平与治疗前比较有所降低,但差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。治疗后两组惠者血清MML-9较治疗前明显下降(P〈O.05),且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组无严重不良反应发生。【结论】微波消融治疗可显著降低晚期肺癌患者血清MMP-9水平,为局部热疗在晚期肺癌应用提供疗效证据。[Objective]To investigate the effect of microwavc ablation on serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9) (MMP 9) in paticnts with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). [Methods]A total of 57 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases in the observation group who received microwave ablation therapy ,and 27 cases in the control group who did not receive microwave ablation treatment. Blood was drawn on the day of treatment and two weeks after treatment. Serum levels of VEGF and MMP-9 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Meanwhile, complications associat- ed with the treatment were evaluated. [Results] Serum levels of MMF-9 and VEGF were not significantly different be- tween the two groups before treatment(p〉0.05). After treatment, serum VEGF levels in both groups showed a decrea- sing trend, hut the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). However, after treatment, the serum MMP-9 levels of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P 〈0.05), and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group ( P 〈0.05). No scrious adverse reactions occurred in the observation group.[Conclusion]Microwave ablation therapy can significantly reduee the serum level of MMIX9 levels in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It provides the therapeutic evidence for the application of local hyperthermia in ad vanced peripheral lung cancer.
