摘　　要：报告2例皮肤混合瘤。例1.男,67岁。右侧鼻唇沟处孤立圆形结节3年。皮肤科检查:右侧鼻唇沟处可见一孤立的花生米大结节,呈圆形柱状隆起。例2.女,68岁。左侧下颌处一皮下结节14年。皮肤科检查:左侧下颌处可见一孤立的蚕豆大肤色结节,略隆起。两例患者皮损组织病理检查:肿瘤位于真皮内,境界清楚,呈分叶状,主要由瘤细胞团块和黏液基质组成,瘤细胞呈巢状、片状、条索状增生,尚可见较多的导管样结构,基质多呈黏液样改变。诊断:皮肤混合瘤。均予手术切除,术后未见复发。2 cases of mixed tumor of the skin are reported. Case 1. A 67-year-old male presented with solitary circular nodules on the right nasolabial suleus for 3 years. Dermatological examination showed a solitary tumor sized peanut with cylindrical apophysis on the fight nasolabial sulcus. Case 2. A 68-year-old female presented with subcutaneous mass on the left side of the lower jaw for 14 years. Dermatological examination showed a skin color tumor sized about vieia faba with slight apophysis on the left mandibular region. Histopathological examination showed that the lobulated tumor was located in the dermis, with clear border. It was mainly composed of tumor mass and mucus matrix. The hyperproliferative tumor cells appeared in nested, patchy or cord-like patterns, with tubular structures. Matrix appeared mucoid changes. The diagnosis was mixed tumor of the skin. Tumors were removed with surgical resection, with no recurrence after operation.
