固视训练为主的护理干预对Pentacam眼前节分析系统检查时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探究以固视训练为主的护理干预对Pentacam眼前节分析系统检查时间的影响。 方法选取2016年11月至2017年4月欲行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的患者300例，按随机数字表法分成2组，每组150例。试验组由同一位护士给予固视训练为主的干预指导，对照组给予常规指导。统计2组进行Pentacam眼前节分析系统检查时所需要的时间和一次成功率。 结果试验组进行Pentacam眼前节分析系统检查时所需要的时间为（12.53 ± 1.46）s，较对照组的（20.01 ± 1.29）s明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（t=47.114，P〈0.01）。试验组进行Pentacam眼前节分析系统检查一次成功率为92.7%（139/150），对照组为84.7%（127/150），差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.777，P〈0.05）。 结论固视训练为主的护理干预可以缩短术前患者进行Pentacam检查的时间，减少检查的次数，提高检查效率。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of nursing intervention based on fixation training on the inspection time of Pentacam＇s anterior segment analysis system. MethodsA total of 300 patients with cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were randomly divided into the experimental group （150 cases） and the control group （150 cases） at the Department of Ophthalmology, Tianjin Medical University, China. The experimental group was given the intervention of the fixation training, and the control group was given the routine guidance. To record the inspection time of the experimental and control groups. ResultsThe time required for the experimental group to complete the Pentacam examination and the number of measurements were （12.53±1.46） s, 92.7%（139/150）, which were less than the control group （20.01±1.29）s, 84.7%（127/150）. The differences were significant （t=47.114, P〈0.01; χ2=4.777, P〈0.05）. ConclusionsNursing intervention based on fixation training can reduce the time of inspection, reduce the number of examination and improve the efficiency of inspection.
