摘　　要：目的探讨趋化因子受体7(CCR7)与血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达水平及其与鼻咽癌预后的关系。方法选取69例鼻咽癌存档蜡块标本,分为淋巴结转移组56例及非淋巴结转移组13例,应用免疫组化法检测两组标本中CCR7与VEGF-C蛋白表达水平,采用Spearman等级相关分析两者之间的相互关系,采用Kaplan-Meier法及log-rank检验分析两者与鼻咽癌预后的关系。结果淋巴结转移组CCR7及VEGF-C水平高表达率均高于非淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,CCR7与VEGF-C表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。CCR7与VEGF-C高表达者的3年生存率低于低表达者(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌组织中,CCR7与VEGF-C的异常高表达可能与鼻咽癌的淋巴结转移及预后关系密切,可作为判断鼻咽癌预后的重要指标。Objective To explore the expression levels of chemokine receptor 7（ CCR7） and vascular endothelial growth factor-C（ VEGF-C） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues as well as their relationship with the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The 69 paraffin-embedded specimens of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into lymphatic metastasis group（ n = 56） and non lymphatic metastasis group（ n = 13）. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression levels of CCR7 and VEGF-C proteins in the specimens of the two groups.Spearman correlation analysis was used to test the relationship between them. Kaplan-Meier and log-rank test were used to analyze the relationship of the expression levels above with the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results The high expression rate of CCR7 or VEGF-C in the lymphatic metastasis group was higher than that in the non lymphatic metastasis group（ P 〈0. 05）. Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of CCR7 positively correlated with the expression of VEGF-C（ P 〈0. 05）. The cases with high expression of CCR7 or VEGF-C had a lower 3-year survival rate compared to the cases with low expression（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The abnormally high expression of CCR7 or VEGF-C in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues might be closely related to the lymphatic metastasis and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,which can be used as an important indicator for judging the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
