二甲双胍联合经典化疗治疗复发卵巢癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察二甲双胍联合经典化疗方案治疗复发卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法将2015年5月至2017年5月就诊的复发卵巢上皮性癌60例,按照治疗方法不同分成A、B组,每组30例。A组采用二甲双胍(口服,0.25 g/次,3次/d)联合经典化疗方案(3周疗法),B组仅采用经典化疗方案(3周疗法)。检测所有卵巢癌患者治疗前及3个疗程化疗结束后血清CA125和HE4水平,并采用WHO化疗毒副作用分级标准评估化疗后反应。结果 2组血清CA125和HE4水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05);A组血清CA125和HE4下降水平较B组更显著(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合经典化疗方案能有效降低复发卵巢癌患者血清中CA125和HE4的水平,从而提升了治疗复发卵巢癌的临床疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of metformin combined with classical chemotherapy on recurrent ovarian cancer. Methods Sixty patients with recurrent ovarian cancer who were treated in our hospital from May2010 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study. According to different treatment methods,these patients were divided into group A and group B,30 patients in each group. The patients in group A were treated by oral metformin（ 0. 25 g once,three times a day） combined with classic chemotherapy scheme（ three weeks therapy）,however,the patients in group B were treated by classical chemotherapy scheme only（ three weeks therapy）. The serum levels of CA125 and HE4 were detected before treatment and after 3 treatment courses,moreover,the reactions of patients after chemotherapy were evaluated according to WHO chemotherapy toxic and side-effect classification standard. Results After chemotherapy the serum levels of CA125 and HE4 were significantly decreased in both groups,as compared with those before chemotherapy（ P〈0. 05）,however,the decrease degree in group A was more significant than that in group B（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The metformin combined with classical chemotherapy scheme can effectively decrease the serum levels of CA125 and HE4 in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer so as to improve the clinical curative effects on recurrent ovarian cancer.
