摘　　要：诊治伏邪疾病当重视三因学说,注重八纲辨证,"随其所得",不为疾病之外在表现所惑,握机于象先,证治随病机而变化。故试从伏者伏也、病机伏藏,邪伏人体、详求其机,伏则生郁、善用八纲,握机象先、证治随机4个方面对人体所伏之邪作一阐述,以期有裨于临床。When diagnosing and treating incubated diseases,we should pay attention to the theory of three causative factors and the eight-principle pattern identification. We should search for the primary cause and location of the disease to master the pathogenesis under the manifestations which influences the variation of the treatment,and shouldn＇t be confused by the manifestation of disease. The article discussed the incubated diseases to do some good for the clinical practice from four aspects,incubating means hiding,the pathogenesis is under the manifestations of the disease; incubated in the body,the pathogenisis should be sought; the obstruction of qi circulation as a result of incubation,while the eight-principle pattern identification should be used flexibly; seeking the pathogenesis beneath the manifestations of the diseases,differentiations and treatment based on the causes.
