摘　　要：《伤寒论》一直被历代医家奉为临床遣方用药之圭臬,中医学者对其理、法、方、药之特色进行了较为深入的研究,但在药物煎煮法方面则不甚详尽,一方之效与不效与药物煎煮法密切相关。故从《伤寒论》五泻心汤所主病机、药物组成与煎煮法的关系切入,探讨"麻沸汤渍之"和"去滓再煎"的内涵。Treatise on Febrile Diseases has been regarded as the ancient physicians prescriptions standard. So far,Chinese medicine scholars have conducted in-depth research,especially focuses on the theory,method,prescription and medicine,more or less ignored the drug decocting method,but the decoction has a close relationship with the effect.Through the pathogenesis and the herbs of Five Xiexin Decoction to explore the meaning of Mafei soup and filter the decoction and stew it again.
