疏血通对急性脑梗死病人的细胞保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察疏血通注射液对急性脑梗死病人血清中白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平的影响,探讨其治疗脑梗死的神经保护机制。方法选取我科住院急性脑梗死病人60例,将其随机分为常规治疗组30例,疏血通治疗组30例。另选取30例来自我院体检中心健康人群作为健康对照组。常规治疗组给予西医常规治疗,疏血通治疗组在常规治疗组的基础上加用疏血通注射液6 ml,连续使用14 d,对比2组治疗后1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d血清IL-6、CRP的水平及治疗前、治疗2周后的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及临床疗效。结果急性脑梗死病人血清中IL-6和CRP的含量明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),与常规治疗组相比,疏血通治疗组血清IL-6和CRP含量显著下降(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,疏血通治疗组NIHSS评分明显降低,与常规治疗组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率亦高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液在治疗脑梗死过程中,可通过降低血清IL-6和CRP水平,减轻炎症反应而起到脑保护作用。Objective To observe the impact of Shuxuetong on interleukin-6（IL-6） and Creactive protein（CRP） in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and then to investigate the neuroprotection mechanism for the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction within 24 hours were randomly divided into Shuxuetong treatment group（n = 30） and routine treatment group（n = 30）,and 30 cases of healthy people were enrolled as the healthy control group.Patients in routine treatment group were given the routine treatments only,while those in Shuxuetong treatment group received Shuxuetong of 6 ml for 14 d in addition to routine treatments.After 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d of treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP were compared between the two groups.The neurological deficits scale of stroke and clinical effect were observed before and after 2 weeks＇ treatment.Results The serum levels of IL-6 and CRP of patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group（P〈0.05）.Compared with routine treatment group,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in Shuxuetong treatment group were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.The neurological deficits scale of stroke of Shuxuetong treatment group was significantly lower than that of routine treatment group after 14 d of treatment（P〈0.05）,and the total effective rate of treatment was also higher than that of routine treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusions Shuxuetong could decrease the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the treatment of cerebral infarction,and reduce inflammation,which may be one of the neuroprotection mechanisms.
