摘　　要：在我国,聋人作为一个特殊群体,是残疾人的主要组成群体。而聋人高等融合教育在我国高等融合教育中占有重要地位。由于聋人具有视觉感受性强、思维单向性等特点,使得聋人群体更加适合信息化和互联网背景下的教育手段。"互联网+"背景下开展聋人高等融合教育,能够促进聋人高等教育教学和管理的发展,促进聋人大学生社会适应能力的提高,实现真正的聋健融合。In China, the deaf, as a special group, are the main group of the disabled. The higher integrated edu- cation for the deaf has an important position in the higher integrated education in China. As the deaf have the characteristics of strong visual perception and unidirectional thinking, the deaf are more suitable for the educational means in the background of informatization and Internet. In the background of Internet plus, we carry out the higher integrated education for the deaf, which can promote the development of higher education for the deaf in the teaching and management and the improvement of social adaptability of college students of the deaf so as to realize truly the integration of the deaf and health education.
