摘 要:本试验旨在研究苜蓿皂苷对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及抗氧化能力的影响。选取150只190日龄的海蓝褐壳蛋鸡,随机分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ~Ⅳ组分别在基础饲粮中添加60、120、240、480 mg/kg的苜蓿皂苷。试验期77 d。结果表明:1)Ⅱ组的平均日采食量和料蛋比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的蛋重显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各组之间的产蛋率差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)第30天,Ⅳ组的蛋黄颜色显著低于对照组(P<0.05);第45天,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的蛋黄颜色显著低于对照组(P<0.05);第60天,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的蛋黄颜色显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的肝脏、胸肌、腿肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。综合分析各项指标,本试验条件下,饲粮中添加120 mg/kg的苜蓿皂苷效果较好。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of alfalfa saponins on performance, egg quality and antioxidant capacity of laying hens. A total of 150 Hy-Line brown laying hens at 190-day-old were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 6 birds per replicate. Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the others in the groups I to 1V were fed the basal diets supplemented with 60, 120, 240 and 480 mg/kg alfalfa saponins, respectively. The experiment lasted for 77 days. The results showed as follows : 1 ) the average daily feed intake and ratio of feed to egg of group II were significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05), the egg weight of groups IF[ and IlI was significantly lower than that of con- trol group (P〈0.05), there were no significant differences on laying rate among all groups (P〉0.05). 2) At the 30th day, the egg yolk color of group IV was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05) ; at the 45th day, the egg yolk color of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of control group '( P〈 0.05) ; at the 60th day, the egg yolk color of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05). 3 ) The glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity and malondialde- hyde content in liver, breast muscle and leg muscle of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳhad no significantdifference compared with the control group (P〉0.05). Comprehensive analysis of all indices, under the condition of this experiment, dietary suitable alfalfa saDonins suonlemental level is 120 mg/kg.
