摘 要:目的探讨CD58基因多态性与多发性硬化易感性的关系。方法在中国知网(CNKI)、CBM、万方Data、Pubmed、Ovid、Embase中检索2017年5月之前的相关文献,采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入8篇病例对照研究,CD58rs2300747位点G基因与A基因比较,携带G基因的个体发病风险减低;CD58 rs12044852位点C基因与A基因比较,携带C基因的个体发病风险增加;CD58rs1335532位点G基因与A基因比较,携带G基因的个体发病风险减低。结论 CD58rs2300747、CD58rs12044852、CD58rs1335532基因多态性与多发性硬化发病均有关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between CD58 gene polymorphism and the susceptibility of multiple sclerosis. Methods The relevant articles published up to May 2017 were search in CNKI, CBM, WanFang Data, Pubmed, Ovid, and Embase. The RevmanS.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results Eight case-control studies were finally included in the study. The findings were as follows: the CD58rs2300747 site G allele was compared with the A allele, and the onset risk in the individuals carrying G allele decreased; the CD58rs12044852 site C allele was compared with the A allele, and the onset risk in the individuals carrying C allele increased; the CD58rs1335532 site G allele was compared with the A allele, and the onset risk in the individuals carrying G allele decreased. Conclu- sion: The polymorphisms of CD58rs2300747, CD58rs12044852 and CD58rs1335532 are related to the pathogenesis of multip1e sclerosis.
