摘 要:为快速准确检测钢材焊缝质量的力学性能,结合磁记忆检测机理,试验探索了磁记忆检测技术对焊缝质量强度匹配的检测方法。对不同材料焊接试件进行拉伸试验、磁信号测量和射线检测分析,研究了拉伸过程中磁记忆信号变化规律与焊件不同材料强度匹配之间的关系。结果表明,不同材料匹配的良好焊接构件具有不同的力学性能和磁记忆特征,匹配状况、力学性能和磁记忆信号特征具有内在的联系,其焊接强度和断裂位置与材料匹配状况有关。依据金属磁记忆检测技术的基本原理,以焊接强度为宏观特征,采用不同应力作用下的磁信号梯度信息和平均磁信号信息为检测参量,运用双参数信息融合技术,可以有效判断焊缝构件的强度匹配问题。The novel detection method matched welding quality with magnetic memory testing technique was studied by combine with magnetic memory detection mechanism for detecting the mechanical properties of the steel welding quality. The relationship between the change law of magnetic memory signal and the strength matching of different welding materials was studied by tensile testing, magnetic signal measurement and ray detection analysis of the welded specimens with different materials. The results show that the good welding components of different materials have different mechanical properties and magnetic memory characteristics. The matching condition, mechanical properties and magnetic memory signal characteristics are intrinsically related. The welding strength and ~acture position are related to the material matching condition. The welding strength take as the macroscopic characteristic, the magnetic signal gradient information and the average magnetic signal information under different stress are used as the detection parameters according to the basic principle of the metal magnetic memory detection technology, and the double parameter information fusion technology can be used to estimate the strength matching problem of welding components effectively.
