摘  要:目前绝大多数院校关于砂型铸造的教育与培训基本停留在传统教学模式,利用简单的演示实验和书本教材传授知识,这种教育模式枯燥无味,死板且效果一般。如果专门建造实验室进行专业地动手演练,那么教育的成本又很高,并且实验过程中可能产生各种危险因素,风险大。所以,为了适应国家教育体系的改革发展,提高实验教学的质量,降低教学的成本和风险,尝试把虚拟现实(VR)这一高新技术运用到教学中,构建一个具有强交互性、沉浸感和构想性的虚拟实训系统,模拟砂型重力铸造的过程。At present, most of the colleges and universities of sand mold casting basic stays in the traditional teaching mode, education and training by using simple experimental demonstration and books teaching knowledge, this kind of education mode boring, stiff and generally effective. The cost of education was very high, and the risk factor was high during the experimental process, if the lab was specially built for professional hands-on practice. Therefore, in order to adapt to the development of national education system reform, improve experiment teaching quality, reduce the cost and risk of teaching, trying to put the virtual reality (VR) is a high and new technology applied to teaching, to build a strong interactivity, immersive and idea of the virtual training system, the simulation of the gravity sand mould casting process.
