摘  要:核桃是我国重要的林产品,核桃青皮富含对人体有益的多酚类物质,可提取利用,同时,核桃青皮随意丢弃污染环境的现象日益严重。综述了核桃青皮中的多酚活性物质、功能以及分离纯化的研究进展,并展望未来的研究和应用方向,为进一步研究和应用核桃青皮多酚资源提供思路,以期促进核桃产业的健康发展。Walnut is one of the important forest products in our country. Polyphenolic compounds extracted from Walnut green husk were abundant and healthy to the human body. However because of carelessly discarded husk, environment became increasingly worsened. This paper reviewed the research progress of biological activity, separation and purification of the polyphenols of walnut green husk, and looked forward to the research and application in the future, aiming to provide some thoughts in scientific research and the application of walnut green husk's polyphenolic resources for the purpose of promoting the walnut industry.
