摘  要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT联合^(99m)锝-甲氧异丁基异腈(^(99m)Tc-MIBI)亲肿瘤显像对孤立性肺结节的诊断价值。方法对96例常规X线发现肺部性质不明确结节病灶患者均行多层螺旋CT和^(99m)Tc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像,再与最终的病理确诊结果作对比,分别计算出以上2种方法独立应用以及联合应用在诊断肺部结节病灶中的灵敏度、特异性、准确性,通过统计学方法将联合应用后的结果分别与单一方法进行比较分析。结果多层螺旋CT和^(99m)Tc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像的灵敏度、特异性、准确性无明显差异;多层螺旋CT联合^(99m)Tc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像的灵敏度、特异性及准确性比单独多层螺旋CT或单独^(99m)Tc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像要高,差异具有统计学意义。结论多层螺旋CT联合^(99m)Tc-MIBI亲肿瘤显像大大提高了孤立性肺结节诊断的灵敏度、特异性和准确性,其联合应用对诊断孤立性肺结节良恶性具有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss the clinical value of muhi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) combining technetium-^99m methoxyisobutylisonitrile (^99mTc-MIBI) lung carcinoma imaging in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule (SPN). Methods MSCT and ^99mTc-MIBI lung carcinoma imagings were all taken in 96 patients who had the undetermined pulmonary nodule in chest X-ray. Then, we calculated the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of two examinations and combination of them separately after compared with pathologic results and compared and analysed the data of them with statistical methods. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of two examinations of MSCT and ^99mTc-MIBI lung carcinoma imaging had no significant difference, whereas, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combination of them were higher than one of them, which had sig- nificant statistical difference. Conclusion The combination of MSCT and ^99mTc-MIBI lung carcinoma imaging can greatly improve the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of SPN, which has a significant clinical value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant SPN.
