摘　　要：本文从辅导员职业价值观的内涵及特点分析入手,阐述了"红船精神"与辅导员职业价值观的内在联系,并从职业成就感提升、职业能力提高、职业道德培养等三个方面对如何以"红船精神"为引领培养辅导员合理职业价值观的有效途径进行了探索。This thesis tries to explore the internal connection between the＂Red Boat＂Spirit and professional values of college instructors,on the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of professional values of college instructors,and further expound the efficient approaches the＂Red Boat＂Spirit exerts in guiding the cultivation of professional values of instructors from the aspects of promotion of professional achievements,improvement of professional competence and enhancement of professional ethics respectively.
