结构化面试模拟及BIBD实验在《国家公务员制度》课程的改革应用

摘　　要：《国家公务员制度》是公共管理相关专业的理论课程。但是结构化面试模拟教学还未结构化面试未纳入到《国家公务员制度》课程教育体系中,且已有的结构化面试没有体现随机化思想。本文在分析现状和理论的基础上,针对《国家公务员制度》课程,基于结构化面试模拟及BIBD实验提出了课程改革思路。Abstract： The ＂national civil service system＂ is a theoretical course in major of public administration. However, structured interview simulation teaching has not yet been structured interviewed into the ＂national civil service system＂ curriculum education system,and the existing structured interview did not reflect the Random thoughts. Based on the analysis of the status quo and theory,this paper puts forward the idea ofcurricuhim reform based on structured interview simulation and BIBD experiment for the course of＂national civil service system＂
