摘　　要：培养应用型医学人才是地方高等医学院校的主要任务,而多学科融合性教学是完成此任务的重要教学方法。目前我校以病理学为主线的多学科融合性教学取得较好的教学效果,主要经验为:制定切实可行的应用型人才培养方案;选取高素质的融合性教学授课对象;形成多学科融合性教学团队;整合优化实验教学;确定以临床疾病诊疗为教学最终目标。To train applied medical talents is the major task of local high medical colleges which can be fulfilled by multi-disciplinary integrated teaching.At present,our college has achieved good teaching effects with the application of multi-disciplinary integrated teaching based on pathology.Here we share the experiences as following：to develop practical training programs for applied talents,to select high-quailW integrated teaching objects,to form a multi-disciplinary integrated teaching team;to integrate and optimize experiment teaching,to ascertain the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases as the final goal.
