摘  要:根据上次物理测试成绩可把学生分层为物理学困生、中等生和优等生三类。将人教版必修二物理《功》一节的教学目标细化为若干小目标,依据各个小目标的难易程度计划不同类学生完成的目标。教学过程中设问和课堂练习要进行分层,课后作业布置同样要进行分层。在人教版高中物理必修二《功》这一节的教学中进行分层教学,使优等生掌握了解题能力,使学困生掌握了基础知识,使不同层次的学生都有所收获,提高了课堂教学与学习效果,达到了"以人为本"的目的,符合素质教育的全面性、全体性和个性发展需要的理念。according to the last physical test scores that students stratified for physics students,students and students in three classes.
