摘　　要：应用型高校两级管理模式下的二级院系在教学质量监控中发挥着主体作用。围绕二级院系的主体责任,明确其教学质量监控工作的重点是加强教学运行过程和教师教学效果的监控,并具体提出必须加强监督管理的十个方面,以确保教学正常运行与人才培养质量的提高。The two level management model applied in universities under the two level departments play a major role in monitoring teaching quality. The main responsibility around the two level departments,make clear the teaching quality monitoring work is focused on strengthening monitoring of teaching process and the teaching effect of the teachers,and puts forward ten aspects must strengthen supervision and management. In order to ensure the normal operation and improve the quality of teaching personnel training.
