摘 要:本文首先剖析了微课的四大共性特征:时间短、单一知识点、多媒体视频、适合移动互联网学习。综合分析其发展现状,总结了当前存在的主要问题——"四多四少":点状示范型应用多,面上成体系应用少;提供微课视频播放的多,真正充分交互的平台少;作为教学研究成果的多,取得显著教学效果的少;多层次的微课资源多,深入的微课教育理论研究少。同时,提出了四个发展建议:真正调动教师全面、深入、持续地应用微课的积极性;通过政府购买服务,学校和公司共建、共享微课资源与学习支持平台;切实保障微课知识产权和作者的经济收益;制定微课标准规范,加强教师的信息技术培训。Micro courses is an important teaching resource and teaching model for mobile learning,overturning classes and lifelong learning in the information age. First of all,four common features of micro course are analyzed as follows:short time,one single knowledge point,multimedia video,suitable for mobile Interact learning.After comprehensive analysis of the current development,the main four problems are summarized as:many exemplary applications and less extensive system applications,many teaching research achievements and less significant teaching efFect,many micro courses resources and less educational theory research on micro courses. Finally,four development proposals are put forward:to stimulate the teachers' initiative to apply micro courses comprehensively,deeply and continuously;through the government purchase services,schools and companies build and share micro courses resources and learning support platform;ensure the intellectual property rights and economic benefits of micro courses developel~, form a virtuous circle and long-term mechanism;make micro courses standards and strengthen the training of teachers' information technology.
