摘  要:目的探讨脾脏多发占位性病变的CT、MRI表现。方法回顾性分析17例经手术病理证实的脾脏多发占位性病变患者的临床及影像学资料。结果 17例脾脏多发性占位性病变中脾戈谢病1例,间皮囊肿1例,隐球菌病1例,脾结核5例,淋巴瘤4例,脾脉管瘤5例。14例行CT检查,1例行MRI检查,2例行CT、MRI检查。CT和MRI可以很好的显示病灶大小、形态、密度/信号、强化特点,脾脏不同多发占位病变各有一定的CT及MRI特点。结论 CT、MRI是脾脏多发占位性病变的重要检查手段,MRI对某些脾脏病变的诊断及鉴别诊断价值优于CT,可作为首选检查方法之一。Objective To study the CT and MRI findings of splenic multiple space-occupying lesions (SMSOL). Methods The clinical and radiologieal data of seventeen patients with various SMSOL proved by pathological diagnosis were analyzed retro- spectively. Results Of the seventeen cases with SMSOL, one case had Gaucher disease, one case had mesothelial cyst, one case had cryptococcosis, five cases had tuberculosis, four cases had lymphoma, and five cases had vascular tumor. CT scans were per- formed in fourteen cases and MRI scan was performed in one case. Two cases underwent both CT and MRI examinations. CT and MRI scan could well demonstrate the size, shape, density/signal and enhancement patterns of the lesions. Different SMSOL had its own CT and MRI features. Conclusion CT and MRI are excellent tools for the detection of the SMSOL. For some splenic dis- eases, MRI can be the first choice because it has better diagnostic and differential diagnostic value than CT.
