摘  要:在平面研磨中,研磨盘的磨损也对工件的表面质量有很大的影响,研磨盘的磨损机制一直都是国内外探讨的重点问题。采用固着磨料研磨技术,提出一种多参数平面研磨加工方法,并从研磨盘磨损轨迹分析进行了分析和仿真。结果表明:该平面研磨方法克服传统行星式研磨方法的相关缺陷,并降低轨迹重复率,还获得了分布更均匀的研磨相对速度。In plane grinding, grinding disc wear on the surface of the workpiece quality also has a great influence, and the wear mechanism of grinding disc has been always the focus of the discussion at home and abroad. Grinding technique of abrasive material is adopted. A method of multi-parameter plane grinding was put forward, and the analysis and simulation of the abrasion trajectory analysis of the grinding disc were presented. The results show that the surface grinding method can overcome the relative defects of the traditional planetary grinding method, and reduce the track repetition rate, and also obtain a more uniform grinding relative speed.
