摘 要:以油桃为试材,采用自制保鲜纸箱加套袋处理包装,以普通纸箱作对比,研究保鲜纸箱及套袋处理对油桃采后常温(20±5)℃贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,保鲜纸箱处理对常温贮藏油桃具有较好的保鲜作用,普通纸箱内油桃在常温下的贮藏时间为6 d,而保鲜纸箱可达10 d。其中保鲜纸箱(MS1)处理的保鲜效果最好,其可保持油桃果实较高的好果率、果实硬度和VC含量,延缓果实失水,维持较高的感官品质,除可溶性固形物(TSS)含量外,其他指标均优于普通纸箱。说明这种兼具乙烯吸附和抗菌除湿功能的保鲜纸箱对于油桃的常温贮藏保鲜具有一定的效果,套袋反而不利于其功能的发挥。In order to investigate the effect of preservation carton and PE bagging on the postharvest quality of fresh nectarines at room temperature(20±5)℃, four carton packagings including preservation carton(MS1), preservation carton with PE bagging(MS2), common carton(CK1) and common carton with bagging(CK2) were compared. The results showed that, the preservation carton had better storage effect on the nectarines, the shelf life of nectarines in preservation carton could be extended from 6 days to 10 days in comparison with common carton. And the quality of nectarines in MS1 group(preservation carton) was the best. The preservation carton packagine could help to retain higher good fruit rate, fruit firmness and VC content, delay fruit water loss, and meanwhile maintain higher sensory quality, almost all the fruits indexes were better than the common carton except TSS content. In conclusion, the preservation carton with ethylene adsorption, antibacterial and moisture removal capacity could effectively inhibit deterioration and aging of nectarine during postharvest storage at room temperature, while the bagging was failure to promote the preservation effect of the preservation carton.
