活血化瘀法治疗慢性肝病的经验

摘　　要：慢性肝病患者由于肝脏长期受损,促进血液运行的功能不能正常发挥,血行不畅,治疗中常用活血化瘀法。本文根据辨证论治的指导思想,结合疾病不同时期的特点和临床诊治经验,综述在活血化瘀的基础上联合运用清热解毒、益气扶正、疏肝理气等方法,以达到减缓慢性肝病发展、缓解症状的临床治疗进展。In the patients with chronic liver disease, their long-term liver damage results in a poor blood flow. However, the Huoxue Huayu method is commonly used in treatment. According to the guiding ideology of syndrome differentiation and treatment and combined with the characteristics of the disease in different periods, this paper describes the approach in promoting blood circulation through the combined use of Qingre Jiedu, Yiqi Fuzheng, and Shugan Liqi, which can achieve the goal of slowing disease progression and relieving symptoms.
