摘 要:针对镍氢电池的静态功耗大引起的电池组无法正常充电以及充电效率低引起的放电时间偏低的问题,提出了一种适用于矿用的镍氢电池智能充电管理系统解决方案。该智能管理系统的设计简单可靠,能自动对电池组进行充电的智能管理,且系统具备了电池组单节电池过压和欠压保护以及过温等保护功能,保证了电池组的运行安全性。实验结果表明,新设计的矿用镍氢电池智能管理系统具有电压检测精度高、充电效率高、静态功耗低等优点,具有一定的应用价值。According to the problems such as static power consumption caused by Ni MH battery pack could not be charged normally and low charging efficiency leaded to lower discharge time, a method was presented for the mine used intelligent management system of Ni-MH battery solutions. The design of the intelligent management system was simple and reliable, and it could automatically charge. And the system had the protection function of battery, single section battery overvohage and under-voltage protection and over temperature protection,which ensured the operation safety of battery pack. The experimental results shown that the new designed Ni-MH battery intelligent management system had the advantages of high voltage detection accuracy, high charging efficiency, low static power consumption and so on, and had certain application value.
