摘 要:目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血Th17淋巴细胞及细胞因子白细胞介素17(IL-17)的表达及临床意义.方法 选择2014年4月至2016年4月山西省肿瘤医院胸外科60例原发未治疗的NSCLC患者作为试验组,同期60名健康体检者作为对照组,采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测两组外周血Th17淋巴细胞含量,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测两组血清IL-17表达水平.比较两组外周血Th17及IL-17的表达水平与临床病理特征的关系.结果 试验组外周血中Th17和IL-17表达水平[(1.7±1.2)%,(8.3±2.5)pg/ml]明显高于对照组[(0.9±0.6)%,(5.4±1.2)pg/ml](P〈0.05);有吸烟史者外周血Th17淋巴细胞和IL-17表达水平[(1.8±1.2)%,(8.8±3.7)pg/ml]高于非吸烟者[(1.6±1.2)%,(8.0±2.2)pg/ml];鳞状细胞癌患者外周血Th17和IL-17表达水平[(1.8±1.2)%,(9.4±4.7)pg/ml]高于腺癌患者[(1.6±1.1)%,(7.3±3.9)pg/ml],且Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05).结论 Th17淋巴细胞和细胞因子IL-17在NSCLC发生、进展中起一定作用.Objective To investigate the expressions of Th17 lymphocytes and interleukin-17 (IL-17) in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods Sixty patients with primary and untreated NSCLC were enrolled and designed as experimental group, at the same time, 60 healthy volunteers were collected as control group. Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the level of Th17 lymphocytes. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used for detecting the level of IL-17. The relationship between the expression levels of Th17 and IL-17 in peripheral blood and clinicopathological features was compared between the two groups. Results The peripheral blood levels of Th17 lymphocytes and IL-17 in the experimental group [(1.7±1.2) %, (8.3±2.5) pg/ml] were higher than those in the control group [(0.9 ±0.6) %, (5.4 ±1.2) pg/ml] (P〈 0.05). The peripheral blood expression of Th17 lymphocytes and IL-17 in patients with smoking history [(1.8±1.2) %, (8.8±3.7) pg/ml] were higher than those in patients without smoking history [(1.6±1.2)%, (8.0±2.2) pg/ml], and the peripheral blood expression of Th17 lymphocytes and IL-17 were higher in patients with squamous-cell carcinoma [(1.8 ±1.2) %, (9.4 ±4.7) pg/ml] than those in patients with adenocarcinoma [(1.6±1.1) %, (7.3±3.9) pg/ml], furthermore, they were also higher in patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ than those in patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Th17 lymphocytes and IL-17 play certain roles in the occurrence and progression of NSCLC.
