摘　　要：镇痛和镇静药的使用大多超药品说明书。本文就儿科常见镇静和镇痛药在超说明书使用类型、给药剂量、频率、适应人群、适应证、给药途径等方面进行概述。The use of analgesics and sedatives are mostly beyond drug instructions. In this article, we described the types, indications, populations, dosages, frequencies, and the ways of delivery of analgesia and sedative drugs which usually used in pediatrics.
