摘　　要：《重楼玉钥》作为一本重要的清代喉科专著,提出了"自内攻出为上策,取痰攻上为中策,沉为下策"的用药原则,对后世喉科临床具有重要指导作用。文章肯定"上策"为"拦定风热",提出"中策"为取痰法,而"下策"为不首先推荐的治疗方式。历代医家的临床实践证明该用药原则的合理性,深入探讨与剖析此原则并将其运用于喉科临床实践中,必对中医喉科临床治疗产生积极影响。Precious Works on Throat Diseases, one of influential Laryngeal monographs in the Qing Dynasty, put forward the prin- ciple of medication. It plays an important guiding role to clinical treatment of the future laryngology. This article affirmed that ＂upper policy＂ is ＂to stop the wind and heat＂ and put forward ＂middle policy＂ as eliminating phlegm method, and ＂Lower policy＂ is not the first recommended treatment. Clinical practice of ancient physicians proves the rationality of this medication principle. In - depth ex- ploration and analysis of this principle and its application in the clinical practice of laryngology must carry due impacton the treatment of laryngeal diseases.
