摘  要:食品安全问题关乎着民众的利益与生命财产安全。强化食品生产全过程的安全管理能力、保障产品质量符合标准是目前我国食品企业发展的核心。本文以食品企业安全管理为研究对象,简要论述了其安全管理现状;分析了现阶段质量安全管理存在的不足,继而从政府和企业两个层面出发,探讨产生该问题的原因;提出了解决措施,以期建立良好的企业管理体系。Food safety concerns the interests of the people and the safety of life and property. Strengthening the safety management ability of the whole process of food production and ensuring the standard of product quality are the core of the development of food enterprises in China. Based on this, taking the safety management of food enterprises as the research object, first briefly discusses the status of safety management, and then analyzes the deficiencies of quality and safety management at present or deficiency, and then from the government and enterprise two to start, in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem, and finally puts for-ward some effective measures to solve, in order to establish good corporate management system, improve the quality and safety management consciousness.
