新媒体视阈下高校图书馆用户的个人信息管理影响因素研究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】图书馆的新媒体作为数字信息环境中用户获取信息的一种新的渠道,其用户的个人信息管理受多种因素的影响。【方法/过程】本文基于感知价值和信息熵理论,通过调查问卷的方式对行为过程及影响因素进行了实证检验,建立感知评价模型和基于信息熵理论的神经网络模型并进行深入探讨。【结果/结论】研究通过对其感知有用性、感知易用性及感知技术兼容性进行因子分析,得到了影响个人信息管理行为过程的主要因素,其中信息组织管理行为对PIM的影响最为突出,应当作为高校图书馆研究PIM的重点。最后根据研究结果,提出了高校图书馆如何更好地发展个人信息管理的几点建议。【Purpose/significance】As a new channel for users to obtain information in the digital information environment,the new media of the library is influenced by many factors.【Method/process】Based on perceived value and the Information Entropy Theory, the behavioral process and influencing factors were empirically tested by means of questionnaire, and the model of perception evaluation and the Neural Network model based on Information Entropy theory were established and discussed.【Result/conclusion】Through its perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use factor analysis and perception technology compatibility, we got the main factors influencing the process of personal information management behavior,information organization and management behavior of the whole process of PIM is most prominent, which should be used asthe focus of the research. Finally, according to the research results, the author put forward some suggestions for the development of personal information management of university library users.
