摘　　要：【目的/意义】社会化问答社区逐渐成为网络用户获取知识的渠道,然而由于其具有社交性和知识性双重属性,其知识共享的机制较为复杂。对社会化问答社区知识共享机制的分析有助于改善社区中知识传播的效果与效率。【方法/过程】本文基于社会资本视角,对社会化问答社区知识共享影响因素进行分析,并以系统动力学方法进行仿真模拟。【结果/结论】结果显示,关系维度对于社区知识共享有着极为重要的作用,结构维度对于共享有明显作用。【Purpose/significance】 Social QA community has gradually become a channel for network users to obtain knowledge. However, due to its dual attribute of sociality and knowledge, its knowledge sharing mechanism is complex. The analysis for the QA community of knowledge sharing mechanism is helpful to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the knowledge sharing.【Method/process】This paper analyzes the influence factors of social QA community knowledge sharing from the perspective of social capital, and takes system dynamics method for simulation. 【Result/conclusions】Results show that relational dimension plays an extremely important role in community knowledge sharing, and structural dimension plays an important role in sharing.
