公共交通均等化背景下的广东乡镇客运站小件快运发展现状及建议

摘　　要：为了解广东省乡镇客运站小件快运业务开展现状,本文对广东乡镇客运站进行了调研走访,结果表明目前小件快运业务存在定义和管理权限模糊、货源短缺、缺少政策和资金支持、标准化建设落后等现状。因此本文分别从小件快运的界定和管理、对接工业园区和农村电子商务开发货源、对小件快运业务给予政策与资金支持、统筹社会物流资源完成最后一公里配送、加快标准化建设等方面提出相关建议,一定程度上促进广东省乡镇客运站小件快运业务的发展。In order to understand the status of small cargo express business,this paper interviewed several township passenger transport stations in Guangdong and found out some problems, such as the definition and management authority, shortage of cargo supply, the lack of policy and financial support and insufficient standardization. According to the situations above, this paper respectively put forward some suggestions on small cargo express business, such as the new definition and management method, expanding cargo supply with abutment with industrial park and rural electronic commerce, policy and financial support, co-ordination of social logistics resources to complete the last mile distribution, accelerating the construction of standardization etc.. This paperis able to promote the development of small cargo express business of township passenger transport stations in Guangdong province to a certain extent.
