摘  要:装配式建筑工程具有在构件生产、物流运输、现场装配等多维作业空间并行实施的特征,其工程进度网络计划复杂。为保证多维作业空间的工作协调有序进行,分别构建基于关键链技术的装配式建筑工程集中缓冲、分散缓冲进度计划;建立质量鲁棒性、解鲁棒性两类指标对计划的稳定性进行评价,并进行实证分析。结果表明:集中缓冲进度计划在质量鲁棒性方面优于分散缓冲进度计划;考虑工序开始时间稳定性的分散缓冲进度计划更有利于控制项目进度。The prefabricated building project has the characteristics of the parallel implementation of the multi-dimensional work space,such as component production,logistics transportation and field assembly,the engineering schedule network plan of prefabricated building is complex. In order to ensure that the work of multidimensional operating space carries out coordinately and orderly,this paper respectively builds the concentrated buffers and scattered buffers schedules for prefabricated building projects based on the critical chain. Then,establishes two kinds of index including quality robustness and solution robustness to evaluate the stability of the schedules,and conducts an empirical analysis. The results show that the concentrated buffers schedule is better than scattered buffers schedule in terms of quality robustness. The scattered buffers schedule which consider the start time stability of the process has more benefical to the project schedule management control.
